Region of Peel – The Peel Regional Police Fraud Bureau would like to remind residents of the region and their family members of an ongoing scam targeting Concert goers. The scam involves a false sense of urgency to purchase discounted Concert tickets.

VIDEO Region of Peel - Investigators from Peel Regional Police Vice Unit and Halton Regional Police Human Trafficking Unit, with the assistance of Niagara Regional Police Service, arrested and charged a man trafficking two females across the province. In October 2024, Peel Regional Police and Halton Police identified two females who were unknown to each other and alleged they had been sexually trafficked throughout the Golden Horseshoe area.

Region of Peel – Between July and September 2024, officers from the Specialized Enforcement Bureau conducted Project Sledgehammer, an investigation targeting a group suspected of drug trafficking in the Region of Peel and across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). WATCH VIDEO Region of Peel – Investigators from the 22 Division Criminal Investigation Bureau Auto Theft Unit have arrested multiple individuals in connection to a series of high-end vehicle thefts and break-and-enters across the Greater Toronto Area.  Over the summer, Auto Theft Detectives began investigating a group of individuals responsible for vehicle thefts and nighttime break-ins in Peel and Toronto.
