Peel Police-Officer Charged with Fraud and Laundering Proceeds of Crime Region of Peel - On Tuesday, May 22, 2018, Retired Constable Mark Androlia, a 40-year employee of Peel Regional Police was arrested and charged. Following a nine-month-long investigation Constable Androlia was charged by the Peel Regional Police Professional Standards Bureau with Fraud Over $5,000 and Laundering Proceeds of Crime.
