Fingerprinting

Anyone charged with a criminal offence must go to Brampton (A. Grenville and William Davis) Courthouse on the date noted on their release forms. They are required to bring their release forms and identification (i.e., driver's license, passport etc.) to Brampton (A. Grenville and William Davis) Courthouse to have their fingerprints and photographs taken.
All fingerprints and photographs are retained on the police computer system.
Peel Regional Police no longer offers fingerprinting for non-criminal matters. Some local RCMP agencies still offer these services.
Should you have an illness preventing you from attending your scheduled appointment and wish to re-schedule or have any other inquiry, please call 905-453-3311 ext. 4840 to speak to a Fingerprint Technician.
