Public’s Assistance Sought in Sexual Assault Investigation
Region of Peel – The Special Victims Unit is seeking assistance from the public in locating a man wanted on a Canada-wide warrant following sexual assault allegations.
It is alleged that in June 2025, 64-year-old Ervin Binns committed a sexual assault on a female victim under the age of 16. He is wanted across Canada for the following Criminal Code offences:
- Sexual Assault
- Sexual Interference
- Breach of Probation
Ervin Binns is described as mixed race, 5’7” tall, approximately 185lbs, with a light complexion, short hair, and Caribbean accent.
