- Upgraded frontline operations by equipping 350 patrol vehicles with automated license plate recognition readers (ALPR) to augment law enforcement effectiveness and community safety.
- An enhanced leadership development program was made available to all members to provide tools to promote self-development and achieve career growth and goals.
- Awarded Silver Level Certification by Excellence Canada in the Healthy Workplace Standard category, highlighting our continued focus on creating a healthy workplace, culture and environment.
- Through the Board’s Governance and Human Rights Committee, launched a series of community consultations to listen to the lived experiences of residents from a human rights and police governance perspective.
