Refund Policy

Refunds are subject to the terms and conditions associated with the specific service, merchandise, or charitable contribution. Please refer to the relevant service page for detailed information. 

Service-Specific Guidelines: 

• Records Checks: Non-refundable once the application has been submitted.
• Events & Programs: Full refunds are available prior to the start of the event. No refunds will be issued after the event date.
• Donations: Non-refundable. Tax receipts are issued only if specified at the time of donation.
• Paid Duty Services: Refunds may be issued if the service is cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.
• Memberships: Refunds are subject to an administrative fee. Exceptions may be made for medical cancellations, with appropriate documentation.
