Witness Appeal in Discharge Firearm Investigation
Region of Peel - Investigators from the 21 Division Criminal Investigation Bureau are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the individual(s) involved in the discharge of a firearm in the City of Brampton.
On Saturday, July 30, 2022, at approximately 11:08 p.m., property damage was discovered as a result of a gunshot. Police found further evidence that a firearm had been discharged multiple times and determined it came from the general area of McVean Drive and Cottrelle Boulevard, Brampton.
Although no injuries were reported, investigators are appealing to residents of the area to review their surveillance systems for any video or audio consistent with gunshots being discharged on the above mentioned time and date.
