UPDATE: Arrest Made in Waterpark Assault, Female Suspect Outstanding

Region of Peel – Investigators have made an arrest and are seeking the public's assistance in identifying the remaining suspect following an assault at a public waterpark in Brampton.
On July 23, 2025, at approximately 6:20 p.m., police responded to a fight call at the Wet'n'Wild waterpark. Upon arrival, officers determined that a violent assault occurred against a female victim after a verbal altercation between her and two suspects escalated. The victim suffered serious injuries, and the suspects, a male and a female, fled.
On August 14, police arrested and charged Malcolm Ryan, a 30-year-old man from Brampton, with Assault Cause Bodily Harm.
The female suspect remains at large and is described as:
- Black, 30–35 years old, approximately 5'6" with a medium build. She has a dark complexion, black braided hair, and brown eyes.
