Suspect Sought in Serious Road Rage Incident
Region of Peel – Investigators with the 12 Division Criminal Investigation Bureau are seeking the public’s assistance to identify a suspect in a serious road rage incident and an assault that resulted in serious injuries.
On Thursday, May 23, 2019 at approximately 10:50 p.m. the victim, a 38 year-old man from Mississauga, was driving a white 2012 Dodge Caravan northbound on Maingate Drive from Eglinton Avenue East in Mississauga. The suspect was driving a motorcycle behind him.
The victim pulled into a parking lot at 1201 Aimco Boulevard where the suspect followed. A heated argument led to the suspect assaulting the victim and causing serious injuries. The suspect then fled the area. The victim was transported to a local hospital where he was treated for his injuries.
The suspect is described as male, Asian, 5'11" tall, heavy build, approximately 200-220 lbs and possibly in his early 40's.
