Suspect Arrested in Connection with Several Break and Enters

Region of Peel Investigators from 11,12 and 22 Division Break and Enter Units have arrested and charged a man in connection with a series of break and enter incidents targeting commercial and office buildings across Mississauga and Brampton.

Between April and September 2025, Peel Regional Police received multiple reports of break ins across the region.  As a result of investigative efforts, officers from 11,12 and 22 divisions worked to identify and arrest Daniel Irvine, a 38-year-old of no fixed address, believed to be responsible for these break ins.

Irvine has been charged with the following offences under the Criminal Code:

  • Break, Enter and Commit Indictable Offence x30
  • Break and Enter with Intent to Commit Indictable Offence x19
  • Disguise with Intent x30
  • Fail to Comply with Undertaking x12
  • Unauthorized Use of Credit Card Data
  • Possession of Break and Enter Tools x12
  • Attempt to Commit Indictable Offence
  • Bench Warrant for Theft Under $5,000 x2
  • Bench Warrants for Break and Enter Related Charges x50

The accused was held for a bail hearing and appeared before the Ontario Court of Justice in Brampton.
