Peel Regional Police Marks Historic Graduation of Largest Recruit Class Ever

Region of Peel – Peel Regional Police will mark a historic milestone on Wednesday, Feb. 25, as the service swears in the largest recruit class in its history.

A total of 88 new officers will take their oath, bringing diverse backgrounds, specialized skills, and unique lived experiences that will strengthen frontline policing and enhance service to our communities.

Media partners are invited to attend and capture the full ceremony, including the formal march-in of recruits and leaders’ remarks. Interview opportunities with recruits and Deputy Chief Mark Dapat will also be available, beginning at 3 p.m.
