Public’s Assistance Sought for Mississauga Targeted Arsons
Region of Peel – Officers from the 11 Division Criminal Investigations Bureau (CIB) are requesting the public’s assistance in connection with two arsons that occurred in Mississauga.
On Thursday, Jan. 26, emergency crews responded to a house fire in the area of Watersedge Road and Country Club Crescent. The investigation revealed the fire was set intentionally and caused significant damage. The residence was unoccupied at the time and no injuries were reported.
On Sunday, March 8, the same unoccupied residence was set on fire again. No injuries were reported.
Both incidents are believed to be targeted arson.Investigators have identified a suspect vehicle as a white Honda CRV. The suspect is described as a male wearing a blue hoodie with a white emblem, black pants, and black shoes with white soles.
