Public Assistance Sought to Identify Waterpark Assault Suspects

Region of Peel Investigators from 21 Division Criminal Investigation Bureau (CIB) are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying two individuals following an assault at a public waterpark in Brampton.

On July 23, 2025, at approximately 6:21 p.m., officers responded to a  call regarding an altercation involving multiple individuals in the area of Steeles Avenue and Finch Avenue. Upon arrival, officers determined that the incident allegedly began as a verbal dispute while in line for a waterslide, which escalated into a violent assault against a female victim by two suspects. The altercation continued toward a retail shop in the park area, where the suspects allegedly used store merchandise as weapons before fleeing the area.

The victim suffered serious injuries, but non-life-threatening injuries.

The suspects are described as:

  • Male, Black, 30–35 years old, approximately 6'3" with a slim build. He has a dark complexion, shoulder-length black dreadlocks, a low black beard, and brown eyes. Notable tattoos include a lion on the left side of his chest and others on his right forearm and tricep.
  • Female, Black, 30–35 years old, approximately 5'6" with a medium build. She has a dark complexion, black afro-style hair, and brown eyes.
