Poppy Donation Boxes Stolen

Region of Peel – Investigators from the Peel Regional Police Criminal Investigation Bureau are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying a suspect in relation to a theft of two poppy donation boxes in the City of Brampton.

On November 10, 2019 at approximately 2:51 p.m. the suspect attended a store in the area of Peel Centre Drive in the City of Brampton. The suspect stole two poppy donation boxes with approximately $200 cash contained within.

The suspect is described as female, white, 25-40 years of age, medium build with dark brown hair.  She has a distinctive mark on the left side of her face. The suspect was wearing a black hooded sweat shirt.

Anyone with information relating to the identity of the suspect is asked to call investigators at 21 Division Criminal Investigation Bureau at (905) 453–2121, ext. 2133.  Information may also be left anonymously by calling Peel Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477), or by visiting www.peelcrimestoppers.ca
