Police Seeking Public’s Assistance in Identifying Robbery Suspects

Region of Peel – Investigators from the 22 Division Criminal Investigation Bureau are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying suspects involved in a robbery that occurred in the City of Brampton.

On Tuesday, February 26, 2019, at approximately 5:15 p.m., the victim, a 37 year old man from Brampton was with his girlfriend at 40 County Court Boulevard in the City of Brampton to complete the sale of his five Clone Iphones that he had advertised on the LetGo website. The victim and his girlfriend sat in their vehicle while the suspect inspected the phones. The suspect attempted to flee but was stopped by the victim. Two other suspects came to the first suspects aid and they were all able to escape with four of the five Iphones. The total value stolen was approximately $1200.00.

The suspects are described as:

Suspect #1: Male, black, approximately 20 years old with a beard and moustache and wearing a black head wrap.

Suspect #2: Male, black, approximately 18 years old with his hair in braids and clean shaven.

Suspect #3: Male, black, approximately 18-20 years old, 5’11 and a heavy build.
