Police Seek Public’s Assistance Identifying Deceased Female

Region of Peel – Investigators from the 11 Division Criminal Investigation Bureau are seeking the public’s assistance in identfiying a deceased female found in Lake Ontario.     

On Monday, September 10, 2018 at approximately 10:37 a.m. a deceased female was found in Lake Ontario in the area of J.C Saddington Park located at 53 Lake Street in the City of Mississauga.

The identity of the female is unknown. She is described as female white, 55-65 years old with a heavy build, approximately 200lbs with grey shoulder length hair. She was wearing white shoes, blue jeans and a purple shirt. She had gold hoop earrings and a Band-Aid on her right index finger.

An autopsy is scheduled, however foul play is not suspected at this time.
