Police Investigate Attempted Kidnapping

Region of PeelInvestigators from the Peel Regional Police 22 Criminal Investigation Bureau are seeking assistance from the public in an attempted kidnapping investigation.

On Tuesday, September 24, 2019, at approximately 9:00 a.m. the victim, a 17 year old girl, was walking in the area of Earlsbridge Boulevard and Cipriano Court in the City of Brampton.  At this time, the victim was approached by an unknown male that grabbed her arm and told her she was going with him.  The victim was able to break away and subsequently fled the area.

The suspect is described as male white, 5’10”, medium build, approximately 50 years of age, grey hair, light complexion, and brown eyes. He was wearing a navy blue zip up sweater, black baggy pants, and white and red shoes.
