Police Arrest Man for Break and Enter and Sexual Assault

Region of Peel– Investigators from the Peel Regional Police Special Victims Unit have arrested and charged a 19 year old Brampton man with Break and Enter, Sexual Assault, and Sexual Interference.

On Saturday, January 19, 2019, at approximately 4:00 a.m., the victim, a 13 year old female, was present inside her residence located near Williams Parkway and Creditview Road, in the City of Brampton. The suspect entered the residence where he sexually assaulted the victim. Police were contacted and the suspect was arrested.

Marcus Owens, a 19 year old man from Brampton, has been charged with Break and Enter, Sexual Assault, and Sexual Interference. He is set to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice on January 21, 2019.
