Police Arrest Male for Sex Assault

Region of Peel – Investigators from the Special Victims Unit have charged a man in relation to a sexual assault investigation in the City of Mississauga.  

Between Monday, November 12, 2018 and Wednesday, November 14, 2018 the victim, a 32 year-old female of Oakville, was at a Mississauga hospital in the area of Queensway and Hurontario Street.  At this time, the victim was sexually assaulted by a Personal Support Worker.

On Wednesday, November 28, 2018, investigators arrested and charged Jorge Forero, a 55 year-old man of Toronto, with one count of Sexual Assault. He was released with a future court date in December.

Jorge Forero is a Personal Support Worker who has worked at many different hospitals in the Greater Toronto Area over a span of approximately 6 years. He was in a position of trust with the victim and investigators are concerned there may be other victims.
