Peel Regional Police Goes Platinum: Innovative Website Recognized with a Prestigious Award

In June, we launched our new, innovative website to make information easier to access while adding exciting new features such as live social media feeds, an events calendar and a news story section. Just 4 months after launch, PeelPolice.ca was recognized with the prestigious MarCom Platinum award for Website Design and Development.

The Corporate Communications Team, in partnership with eSolutionsGroup, worked tirelessly for over eight months to make this vision of a truly accessible and interactive website a reality. Our Corporate Communications team re-wrote thousands of pages of content, and added hundreds of new photos to make the stunning refresh of our website a reality, as introduced in June by Peel Regional Police Chief Jennifer Evans.

The MarCom Platinum Award is the highest form of recognition from the Association of Marketing and Communication Professionals, and highlights excellence in marketing and communication, while recognizing the creativity, hard work and generosity of industry professionals. MarCom is one of the largest, most-respected creative competitions in the world with 6,000 print and digital entries submitted annually from dozens of countries.
