Peel Regional Police Announce Promotions

Region of Peel - Peel Regional Police Chief Jennifer Evans has announced the promotions of fourteen (14) officers to the rank of Staff/Detective Sergeant, with five (5) additional names to remain on the list for future vacancies. Also being promoted are twenty-five (25) officers to the rank of Sergeant/Detective, with twelve (12) additional names on the list for future vacancies.

Following an extensive selection and interview process, the promotions were endorsed this morning by the Police Services Board and will become effective Sunday, April 15, 2018. 

“The newly promoted officers possess the skills and experience needed to lead our organization now and into the future. I congratulate each one of them on this significant milestone in their careers,” said Chief Jennifer Evans.
