Peel Police - Police Release Picture of Suspect Vehicle in Mississauga Stabbing
Region of Peel – Investigators from the 12 Division Criminal Investigation Bureau are investigating a stabbing incident in the City of Mississauga.
On Friday June 15, 2018, at approximately 4:45 p.m., police were called to attend a stabbing at the Derry Village Square Plaza at Derry Road and McLaughlin Road, Mississauga. Police arrived and located the victim, a 30 year-old male from Mississauga, suffering from a stab wound. He was transported to a Toronto trauma centre with life-threatening injuries and later downgraded to stable condition.
Two male suspects fled the area in a dark metallic grey, Volkswagen Golf GTI with after-market detailing with large scratch to the passenger side front bumper.
First male, the passenger of the vehicle, is described as white, 20-30 years old, approximately 5’9”, thin build, straight dark hair to the shoulders, wearing a black t-shirt with white writing on the back, dark pants, and dark shoes.
Second male, the driver of the vehicle, is described as white, 20-30 years old, approximately 5’8”, medium build, short hair, dark baseball cap, wearing a light t-shirt, dark pants, and dark shoes.
