Peel Police-Police Arrest Male Wanted in Numerous Robberies
Region of Peelâ Investigators from the 12 Division Criminal Investigation Bureau have arrested a male wanted in numerous assaults and robberies.
On Monday March 12, 2018 at approximately 11:30 a.m. a 47 year-old male victim was exiting his home on Karen Park Crescent in Mississauga when he was struck by the suspect who then fled the area. The victim suffered minor injuries.
On Monday March 12, 2018 at approximately 11:50 a.m. a 54 year-old male victim was in the area of Burnhamthorpe Road West in Mississauga when the suspect approached the male took his property and assaulted him. The male then fled the area. The victim suffered minor injuries.
On Monday March 12, 2018 at approximately 1:15 p.m., the victim a 58 year-old male was onboard a stopped bus located at Confederation Parkway and King Street West in the City of Mississauga when a male suspect approached the victim, assaulted him and fled off the bus with his property. The victim suffered minor injuries.
Investigators identified the male as Oliver Lovingston WILLIAMS 34 year-old male of no fixed address.
On Wednesday March 14, 2018, WILLIAMS was arrested in the area of Mississauga Valley Boulevard, in the City of Mississauga.
WILLIAMS faces multiple assault and robbery related charges, he will appear for a bail hearing on Thursday March 15, 2018 at the Ontario Court of Justice in Brampton
