Peel Police - Male Posting Job Opportunity Online Arrested for Sex Assault

Region of Peel– Investigators from the Special Victim’s Unit have arrested a male in relation to criminal harassment and sexual assault in Brampton.

On Thursday, June 14, 2018, the victim, a 30 year-old female from Brampton answered an ad seeking employment on a buy-and-sell website. The accused arranged for he and the victim to be at a hotel establishment in Brampton on Friday, June 15, 2018. The accused sexually assaulted the victim. After the incident, the accused continued to have unwanted contact with the victim.

On Thursday June 21, 2018, Keith Sunith AARON, a 49 year-old male of no fixed address was arrested and charged with Sexual Assault and Criminal Harassment.

Keith Sunith AARON was held for a bail hearing at the Ontario Court of Justice in Brampton on Friday, June 22, 2018.

Between March and June of 2018, another victim, a 23 year-old female from Mississauga, received repeated unwanted contact from Keith Sunith AARON after having met with him in relation to an ad seeking employment on a buy-and-sell website. In relation to that incident, on June 25, 2018, Keith Sunith AARON was additionally charged with Criminal Harassment and held pending a bail hearing at the Ontario Court of Justice in Brampton.

Members of the Special Victim’s Unit believe there may be more victims of sexual assault in relation to the accused Keith Sunith AARON. Investigators are asking for those persons to contact the Special Victim’s Unit at (905) 453-2121 ext 3460.
