Missing 67 Year-Old Male

Region of Peel– Investigators from the 21 Division Criminal Investigation Bureau are seeking assistance from the public in locating a missing man.

Franklyn Rose was last seen on Tuesday March 19, 2019 at approximately 10:27 a.m. Rose was last seen in the area of Goreway Drive and Morning Star Drive in the City of Mississauga.

Franklyn Rose is described as male black, 6’1”, 150lbs, medium complexion, grey short afro hair style with a bald spot in the centre. He was last seen wearing black winter jacket with a black chest and grey sleeves, black winter boots, and a baseball cap that may have England stitched on the front.  

Rose was believed to be heading to the area of the Westwood Mall to make a purchase. A command post has been set up at the Westwood Mall to assist with the search, the mall located at 7205 Goreway Drive in Malton.
