Missing 22 Year-Old Brampton Man

Region of Peel - Investigators from the 22 Division Criminal Investigation Bureau are seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing 22 year-old man from Brampton.

Richard PALMER was last seen on Friday, December 18, 2020 at 2:20 a.m. in the area of Royal Orchard Drive and Bovaird Drive in the City of Brampton.

Richard is described as male, black, 5’8”, with a thin build. He has short, curly, black hair and a full beard. He was last seen wearing a red winter jacket with fur on the hood, a black toque, grey sweatpants and blue sneakers.
