Man Charged with Luring Children Online

Peel Regional Police- Investigators from the Peel Regional Police Internet Child Exploitation (ICE) Unit have arrested and charged a 38-year-old man from Toronto in connection with an online child luring investigation.

In June 2025, the ICE Unit initiated an investigation into an unknown individual alleged to be using social media platforms to lure persons under the age of 16 for a sexual purpose.

Through investigative efforts, the suspect was identified as Mark Kunji Ikeda, who allegedly operated under multiple online personas, including:

  • “Sweet Kinks”
  • “Lovingteachr”
  • “Senualteachr”
  • “Joshua K”

On Thursday, September 25, 2025, 38-year-old Mark Kunji Ikeda, of Toronto was arrested and held in custody pending a bail hearing for the following charges:

  • Luring a Child Under the Age of 16 (x5)
  • Obstruct Peace Officer

Investigators believe there may be additional victims who were contacted by the suspect online.
