Investigators Seeking Public’s Assistance in Commercial Store Robbery

Region of Peel – Investigators from the Central Robbery Bureau are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying a suspect in a commercial store robbery in the City of Brampton.

On Friday February 16, 2018 at approximately 1:45 p.m., a male suspect entered a commercial store in the area of Great Lakes Drive and Bovaird Drive in Brampton. The suspect selected a TV off the shelf and attempted to walk out of the store. When the cashier approached the suspect, he indicated he had a weapon and fled the store with the TV. The victim, a 22 year-old male from Brampton, did not suffer any injuries.

The suspect is described as a white male, in his mid-30’s, with a slim build, approximately 5’7” feet tall, and blue eyes. He was wearing a black baseball hat, black jacket, white button shirt and blue jeans.
