Investigators Appealing for Witnesses to Sexual Assault

Region of Peel– Investigators from the Special Victims Unit are seeking the public’s assistance in locating witnesses to a Sexual Assault that occurred in the area of Dixie Road and Aimco Boulevard in the City of Mississauga.

Investigation revealed that the victim had attended a nightclub in the area of  Dixie Road and Aimco Blvd in the evening on Saturday, February 29, 2020. On Sunday, March 1, 2020, after the club had closed the victim was sexually assaulted in the area by multiple suspects. At approximately 3:50 a.m., the distraught victim was located near the nightclub.

The victim suffered minor injuries as a result of the incident.  It is believed the suspects were at the club earlier that evening.  

Anyone who attended the nightclub in the area of Dixie Road and Aimco Boulevard, Saturday, February 29, 2020 to Sunday, March 1, 2020 or anyone who may have rendered assistance to a female in the nightclub are asked to contact the Special Victims Unit at 905-453-2121 Ext 3460.
