Fraud Bureau Seeking Public Assistance to Locate Wanted Offender
Region of Peel – Investigators from the Fraud Bureau are seeking the public’s assistance in locating a wanted individual for failing to comply with conditions of their release.
In February 2021, Jaspal Thiara, a 39-year-old man of no fixed address, was arrested and charged in connection with a fraud investigation, including multiple counts of Fraud Over $5000. He was subsequently released on an undertaking with conditions.

It is alleged that Thiara failed to comply with the conditions of his release. As a result, a warrant has been issued for his arrest for the following offences:
- Fail to Comply with Release Order x2
Thiara is described as a South Asian man, 5’9”, approximately 180 lbs., with short black and grey hair, brown eyes, and a medium complexion.
