Father & Son Duo Arrested Following LCBO Thefts – “Project Bloodline”

Region of Peel – Investigators from the 21 Division Community Intervention Response Team (CIRT) has laid 116 charges against a father and son.
In May 2025, the 21 Division CIRT in collaboration with the LCBO Organized Crime Investigative Unit initiated an investigation into multiple allegations involving two male suspects who targeted individuals and businesses along the Steeles Avenue corridor between Kennedy Road and Dixie Road in Brampton.
The project culminated on June 23 with the arrests of the two suspects, 55-year-old Daniel Stuckey and 32-year-old Dylan Stuckey both of Brampton.
Daniel Stuckey has been charged with 22 offences:
- Robbery
- Theft Under $5000 (x11)
- Wearing a Disguise with Intent (x3)
- Breach of Probation. (x7)
Dylan Stuckey has been charged with 94 offences:
- Robbery (x3)
- Assault with a Weapon (x2)
- Theft Under $5000 (x48)
- Wear Disguise with Intent (x10)
- Utter Threats
- Possession of Property Obtained by Crime (x2)
- Failure to Appear
- Flight from Police (x2)
- Fail to Comply with Release Order (x21)
- Breach of Probation (x4)
Additionally, Dylan was wanted on four outstanding warrants in Peel, Halton, and Niagara.
At the time of their arrest, both Dylan and Daniel Stuckey were already charged with numerous offences and were also subject to multiple probation orders. Both individuals were held for bail hearings.

CIRT was established in May 2022 as a pilot in 22 Division to increase public engagement and have a visible police presence in communities. A different approach to traditional policing, CIRT supports frontline officers by reducing their workload and addressing specific enforcement priorities within local communities. CIRT has now been rolled out across the Region and provides targeted law enforcement while also incorporating alternative approaches through the Community Safety and Well-Being framework.
