Dash-Cam/Surveillance Footage Sought in Shooting Investigation

Region of Peel – The 21 Division Criminal Investigation Bureau (CIB) is seeking assistance from the public in relation to a shooting that occurred in Brampton.
On Thursday, August 21, 2025, at 3:49 a.m., police responded to reports of a shooting near Larkspur Road and Maidengrass Road. Fortunately, there were no injuries reported; however, an unoccupied vehicle was damaged by gunfire.
The suspect vehicle, a white newer-model Honda CR-V, bearing Ontario license plate CKTT 938, was last seen fleeing eastbound on Larkspur Road and remains outstanding.
Investigators are asking residents, motorists, and business owners in the area to review any dashcam or surveillance footage captured between 2:30 a.m. and 3:30 a.m. on August 21, particularly in the vicinity of Larkspur Road.
Occupants of this vehicle should be considered armed and dangerous. If seen, dial 9-1-1 immediately and do not approach.
No arrests have been made at this time.
