Assistance Sought Following Mississauga Shooting

Region of Peel – Investigators from the 11 Division Criminal Investigations Bureau are appealing for information following a shooting in the vicinity of The Collegeway and Ridgeway Drive in the City of Mississauga. 

On Saturday, December 3, 2022, at approximately 6:30 pm, officers attended the area of The Collegeway and Ridgeway Drive in the City of Mississauga for reports of multiple shots fired. 

Responding officers located evidence of a shooting and learned of two adult male victims. Both victims were taken to a local hospital. One of the victims was treated for minor injuries and was released from the hospital. The other victim was later transported to a trauma centre, where he remains in critical condition. 

It is believed that multiple culprits were involved and were operating a 2016-2022 grey, 5th-generation Honda CRV SUV at the time of the shooting.

Investigators are looking to speak to anyone with information that can aid in this investigation. Specifically, anyone with video surveillance or dashcam footage is urged to contact detectives from the 11 Division Criminal Investigation Bureau at 905-453-2121 extension 1133 or 1102.
