ARRESTED: 26 Year Old Male Wanted on Warrant

Region of Peel– Investigators from the 21 Division Criminal Investigation Bureau are advising that they have arrested a male party wanted for numerous offiences.

On March 12, 2019, the victim and the suspect, who are known to each other, were at a residence in the City of Brampton. The suspect forced entry into residence and proceeded to make death threats to several people within the residence. Numerous other criminal offences were identified as having occurred prior to and after this incident.

On March 22, 2019, Linval Ritchie, a 26-year-old man with no fixed address, was arrested in the City of Brampton.

Linval Ritchie is charged with:

Break and Enter

2)      Uttering Threats x 4

3)      Assault x3

4)      Assault with a Weapon

Linval Ritchie is being held for bail and will be appearing at Ontario Court of Justice in Brampton on March 23, 2019.
