Arrest Made in Mississauga Sex Assault

Region of Peel – Investigators from the Special Victim’s Unit have arrested a male in relation to a Mississauga sex assault.

On March 3, 2018 at approximately 7:00 a.m., the victim, a young female was sleeping inside her residence in the area of Hartfield Grove and Warren Drive in the City of Mississauga. The victim  awoke to a male in her bedroom, the male sexually assaulted the victim and fled.

On March 4, 2018, Marcin GOZDZIK, a 35 year-old male from the City of Mississauga was arrested.

GOZDZIK has been charged with the following:

Sexual Assault

Sexual Interference

Break and Enter

GOZDZIK was held for a bail hearing to take place at the Ontario Court of Justice in Brampton, on March 5, 2018.
