Arrest Made in Indecent Act Investigation
Region of Peel - The 12 Division Criminal Investigations Bureau (CIB) has arrested and charged a Brampton man in relation to an indecent act investigation.
Over the course of several months in 2025, it is alleged that the accused visited various medical clinics across Mississauga and exposed himself to the female staff members. The accused reportedly faked medical conditions in an attempt to have female physicians touch him inappropriately and, in some instances, used the alias of Akashdeep Singh while doing so.
On Dec 4, 25-year-old Vaibhav Vaibhav was arrested and held in custody pending a bail hearing for the following charges:
- Indecent Act in a Public Place
- Identity Fraud with the intent to Gain Advantage
- Possession of an identity Document
- Identity Theft
Investigators believe there may be additional incidents that have not been reported.
