Arrest Made in Homicide of Valentino PAULETTO
Region of Peel â Investigators from the Homicide and Missing Persons Bureau made another arrest in 9th homicide of 2018.
On Sunday April 8, 2018 uniform officers attended Middleton Way in Brampton. Upon arrival officers and emergency services personnel found the victim with obvious signs of trauma. The male succumbed to his injuries at the scene. The victim was identified as Valentino Pauletto a 46 year-old resident of Brampton.
On Sunday April 8, 2018 Homicide investigators arrested and charged John Albert Lopez a 36 year-old male of no fixed address for Accessory After the Fact to Murder. John Lopez appeared at the Ontario court of Justice in Brampton on Monday April 9, 2018.
On Thursday August 9, 2018, Colin Sookram, a 23 year-old male from the City of Brampton was arrested and charged with Second Degree Murder.
Colin Sookram will appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Brampton on Friday, August 10, 2018.
