Arrest Made in Brampton Triple Fatal Collision
Region of Peel â Investigators from the Major Collision Bureau have arrested a male party in relation to a fatal collision resulting in three deaths.
On August 4, 2018, at approximately 9:02 p.m., an SUV and a sports car were both travelling on Highway 50 in the City of Brampton, when they became involved in a collision.
As a result of the collision, a 47 year-old female from Woodbridge, a 12 year-old female from Woodbridge and a 7 year-old male from Woodbridge all succumbed to their injuries.
Three other individuals were transported to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
On September 24, 2018, the driver of the sports car, Paul Manzon, a 45 year-old male from Caledon was arrested and charged with:
Dangerous Operation of a Motor Vehicle Causing Death x3
Dangerous Operation of a Motor Vehicle Cause Bodily Harm
Criminal Negligence in the Operation of a Motor Vehicle Causing Death x3
Criminal Negligence in the Operation of a Motor Vehicle Cause Bodily Harm
Paul Manzon was released on a summons with an upcoming court date of October 22, 2018, at the A. Grenville & William Davis Court House in the City of Brampton.
