Appeal for Witnesses in Fatal Collision Investigation (3)
Region of Peel – Investigators from the Major Collision Bureau are seeking the public’s assistance in their investigation into a fatal collision that occurred in the City of Brampton.
On Wednesday, November 28, 2018 at 9:44 a.m. the victim was crossing the southbound off ramp of Highway 410 at Williams Parkway when she was struck by a vehicle. A 19 year-old female of Brampton was transported to a Toronto Trauma Centre where she later succumbed to her injuries.
Investigators have identified a suspect vehicle, a yellow short school bus that was not carrying any passengers at the time. The driver is cooperating with police investigation.
Investigators are appealing for witnesses, who may have seen the collision or have video footage of the incident to contact investigators with the Major Collision Bureau at (905) 453-2121, ext. 3710.
