Appeal for Witnesses in Brampton Shooting

Region of Peel – Investigators from the 21 Division Criminal Investigation Bureau are seeking the public’s assistance as they investigate a shooting in the City of Brampton.

On Monday February 19, 2018 at approximately 8:10 p.m. Peel Regional Police attended the area of Almond Street and Vanderpool Crescent in Brampton for reports of a shooting. Officers located a male victim suffering from gunshot wounds.

The victim, a 39 year-old man of Brampton, was transported to a local trauma centre with serious but non-life-threatening injuries.

Investigators are appealing for witnesses to the incident or any persons who may have video surveillance, dashboard video, or any information regarding the incident.
