Appeal for Witnesses in a Fatal Brampton Collision
Region of Peel – Investigators from the Major Collision Bureau are seeking the public’s assistance in their investigation into a fatal vehicle collision that occurred in the City of Brampton.
On Wednesday, October 24, 2018 at approximately 8:30 p.m. a black BMW 325 was travelling eastbound on Queen St, when it collided with a Region of Peel Ambulance that was waiting to turn left onto McMurchy Ave from westbound Queen St. As a result of the collision, the driver of the BMW a 27 year-old man from Mississauga, was pronounced deceased on scene.
Investigators are appealing for witnesses who may have seen the collision, have video footage of the incident or anyone who may have information regarding the actions of the driver prior to the collision to contact investigators with the Major Collision Bureau at (905) 453-2121, ext. 3710.
