Appeal for Witnesses in a Fail to Remain Collision Investigation

Region of Peel – Investigators from the Major Collision Bureau are seeking the public’s assistance in their investigation into a fail to remain collision that occurred in the City of Mississauga.

On Friday, November 9, 2018 at 5:30 p.m., a 65 year old female was walking in the area of Meadowvale Boulevard and Meadowpine Boulevard in the City of Mississauga when she was struck by a vehicle as she crossed a driveway entrance to several businesses. The victim was transported to a Trauma Centre in serious but stable condition.  

The suspect vehicle did not remain at the scene.

Investigators are appealing for witnesses, who may have seen the collision or have video footage or dash cam footage of the incident to contact investigators with the Major Collision Bureau at (905) 453-2121, ext. 3710.
