Police Arrest Man in Fraud Scam Region of Peel- Investigators from the Peel Regional Police Fraud Bureau have arrested and charged a man for defrauding senior citizens in the Region of Peel and across Ontario. Between February 2017 and September 2018, the accused was responsible for numerous incidents that targeted Polish speaking seniors.

Male Arrested for Riding on Top of a Moving Train Peel Region – Investigators from Metrolinx with the assistance from the 12 Division Criminal Investigation Bureau have arrested a 19 year old male from Mississauga. Earlier this month, Metrolinx investigators learned of a viral video posted on social media in June 2017, of a young person riding on top of a moving GO train heading westbound along the Lakeshore West train line, Mississauga.

Men Arrested in Series of Robberies Region of Peel- Investigators from the Peel Regional Police Central Robbery Bureau have arrested two men for a series of robberies. Between June 14, 2018 and September 10, 2018, a number of armed robberies occurred at various financial and retail locations throughout the cities of Brampton and Toronto.

Leon McDowell was last seen at his residence near Bramalea Road and Balmoral Drive in the City of Brampton at 3:00 p.

During the month of September, officers responded to several break and enters in the City of Mississauga that took place during the nighttime hours.
