Police Search for Missing Man Region of Peel- Investigators from the 21 Division Criminal Investigation Bureau are seeking assistance from the community in locating a missing 69 year-old male. Leon McDowell was last seen at his residence near Bramalea Road and Balmoral Drive in the City of Brampton at 3:00 p.
