    Man Arrested for Defrauding the Public Region of Peel – The Peel Regional Police Fraud Bureau have arrested and charged a man with Fraud Over $5000 following an appeal to the community for additional victims. On Tuesday, July 7, 2020, Syed Jafry, a 48-year-old man from Innisfil, Ontario, was arrested and charged with Defraud the Public, at which time a media release was issued.

    Police Seeking Assistance in Locating Stolen Property Brampton - Investigators from the Peel Regional Police 21 Division Break and Enter Unit are asking for the public's assistance as they continue their investigation into recent break & enters and mischiefs to public schools in the Brampton area. Since July 2020, there has been an increase in Break and Enters and Property Damage being committed at PDSB elementary schools in 21 Division.

    Arrest in Theft of High-End Vehicles Region of Peel – Investigators from the 11 Division Auto Theft Unit have been investigating ongoing thefts of Lexus RX and Toyota Highlander models in the City of Mississauga.   Since October of 2020, investigators from the 11 Division area have investigated over 80 stolen vehicle occurrences.

    Family and Intimate Partner Violence – It’s Not Okay Region of Peel - Peel Regional Police, together with the Region of Peel, City of Brampton, City of Mississauga, Town of Caledon, Ontario Provincial Police and numerous regional community agencies, have launched an awareness campaign, It's Not Okay, to generate increased access to information and resources related to Family and Intimate Partner Violence (FIPV).
