Individuals attend the Records Services Reception Desk to request a General Police Report in which they are involved.
A Peel Regional Police Records Services Request Form "D" is required. The form is available in the lobby of Headquarters. These reports take approximately ten (10) to fifteen (15) days to process.
Applicants will be required to produce two pieces of valid, government issued identification. At least one piece must include a photograph; i.e. passport, driver's licence, etc.
SERVICE FEE $30.00 (effective January 1, 2017)
We currently accept cash, Debit Cards, Mastercard and VISA.

Pick up of completed Police Reports may be done during business hours.

8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Your completed report will remain available for 3 months from the date it was completed. Any police report not picked up by that date will be destroyed. The Peel Regional Police Service will not reprocess these reports or refund any fees.
