Customer Service Unit



The Customer Service Unit located at 7750 Hurontario Street, Brampton, will be open from 8:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. 

Please note that documents previously requested and paid for can be picked up from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.  

There will be no service available from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm.

Individuals attend in person to Peel Regional Police Records Services Reception Desk, located at Headquarters, to request a copy of a police occurrence report or a motor vehicle accident report, in which they are involved.

A Peel Regional Police Records Services Request Form "D" is required. The form is available in the lobby of Headquarters, or click here to print your own copy. 

Applicants will be required to produce two (2) pieces of valid, government issued identification. At least one piece must include a photograph (i.e. passport, driver's licence, etc).

The report prepared as a result of your request will remain available for 3 months from the date it was completed. Any police report not picked up by that date will be destroyed. The Peel Regional Police Service will not reprocess these reports or refund any fees.
