Individuals attend in person to Records Services Reception Desk to request a copy of a Police Report regarding lost or stolen FOREIGN passports, in which they are involved. ** Please note that an individual must first report the lost/stolen passport to an officer at any division before they can request a copy at Police Headquarters.**
If you have LOST your Canadian Passports in Canada, you must report it to Citizenship and Immigration Canada's Passport Program. The report needs to be submitted by phone at 1-800-567-6868, or in person at the nearest Service Canada Passport Office. If your Canadian passport was STOLEN you must report the theft to police.
