Insurance and Synopsis Reports

Individuals attend in person to Records Services Reception Desk to request a copy of a Police Report required for insurance purposes (these reports usually involve loss or damage to property), or a copy of a synopsis report, in which they are involved.

A Peel Regional Police Records Services request Form "D" is required. The form is available in the lobby of Headquarters or print your own copy. These reports take approximately ten (10) to fifteen (15) business days to process.

Applicants will be required to produce two pieces of valid, government issued identification. At least one piece must include a photograph (i.e. passport, driver's licence, etc).
