Accident Reports

Individuals attend the Records Services Reception Desk to obtain a copy of a Motor Vehicle Accident Report for insurance purposes, which they have been involved in.

A Peel Regional Police Record Services request Form "D" is required. The form is available in the lobby of Headquarters. Service is normally provided to the applicant at the time of request, pending the availability of the Accident Report.

Applicants will be required to produce two pieces of valid, government issued identification. At least one piece must include a photograph; i.e. passport, driver's licence, etc.


We currently accept Cash, Debit Cards, MasterCard and VISA.

Business Hours

Pick up of completed Police Reports may be done during business hours.

  • Monday through Friday
    8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
  • Saturday 
    9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.


Your completed report will remain available for 3 months from the date it was completed. Any police report not picked up by that date will be destroyed. The Peel Regional Police Service will not reprocess these reports or refund any fees.
