 Events Cancelled/Postponed

Please note, The Police and Community Fun Day that takes place annually in the community every June has been cancelled, like all other major city-led events, festivals, conferences and cultural programs, due to the COVID-19 Outbreak.

This decision does not come lightly. Taking into consideration the safety of the public that attends this event, there is a tremendous risk regarding the spread of the virus. Therefore the priority must be the health and safety of our patrons; consequently, we have decided to cancel this year’s event.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We look forward to making this event a bigger and even more fun and memorable one for our community as we celebrate the same time next year.

Events Cancelled through June 20, 2020:

  • Ontario Police Memorial (May 3)
  • Race Against Racism (June 13)
  • JDRF Walk (June 14)
  • Police Community and Fun Day (June 20)

Peel Regional Police will continue to monitor and assess our service delivery and will continue to follow the direction of health officials during the COVID-19 pandemic.
