Citizens will have their temperatures taken and will be asked screening questions related to COVID-19 to ensure the safety of our members and the community.

Visitors to Peel Regional Police facilities must wear a mask while inside and must maintain physical distancing.

To obtain a copy of a Police Report or Motor Vehicle Accident Report please contact the Customer Service Unit at the following extensions:

If you have an emergency, call 9-1-1. There is no change to police response in the case of emergency. For non-emergencies, dial 905-453-3311.

To use our online reporting system:

  • The incident must have occurred within the Region of Peel.
  • The value of the property lost or stolen must not exceed $5,000.
  • You must have a valid email address.
  • The incident does not involve lost or stolen licence plates or stolen passports.
  • There is no suspect information (e.g., name, licence plate, photo). If you have a suspect, (e.g., name, licence plate, photo) contact Police at 905-453-3311.
 
 Report a Collision

I’ve been involved in a collision, what do I do?

  1. If there are any injuries or the situation is unsafe, call 9-1-1 once it is safe to do so.
  2. Exchange driver information, if you are able, take photos of the vehicles and scene.
  3. Report the collision with as much detail at the nearest Collision Reporting Centre.
